5 Poor eating habits, you need to modify

In this article, I want to talk about some of the common bad eating habits that many people have. It's habits which may lead you to take the weight more quickly or, at least, prevent you from losing. Changing habits and you will have an easier to stay healthy and lean time.

1. Reduce the sugar in your breakfast - many people eat bad food for breakfast. Be it sugar-rich cereal, pancakes with sauce, muffins, or other pastries or even fried food, breakfast becomes a meal high calorie, high fat. This is not good. Breakfast should define a healthy tone for the rest of the day. Get rid of high sugar, empty carbohydrate-rich foods. Go with some vegetables, part of the protein and some complex carbohydrates to start your day right offshore.

2 Reduce the sweet snacks and bad - what you eat between meals often has a greater effect on your diet that you can assume. It is easy to disregard small snacks we eat throughout the day, but their calories are definitely real. If you want to lose weight, you must modify your snacks to those more healthy. For example, do not eat chocolate bars, eating of fruits instead. Abandon all the flour pastry and eat a sandwich on whole wheat instead. Forget the milk chocolate and eat dark chocolate.

3. Don't eat not from the TV - it is easy to lose track of how much you eat when you eat while watching a show. You need to focus on your food to enjoy and control your quantities.

4. Always eat a plate - eat out of the box is another way easy to lose control over your portions. You know how much you eat really. By placing your food on a plate or in a bowl, you have a greater degree of control over it.

5. Not to fill your plate - these last decades, the sizes of plates increased. It is a shame because we often fill our plate and then eat everything on it. Complete your plate. Take a little of each dish you have on the table before you and you get only the seconds if you still really hungry.

If you use these five changes in the habit of eating, you will find much easier to lose weight or to keep off the coast. Try it for a few weeks and you will see the results.
