So, what is inside an egg?
The egg is a nutrient-rich diet with high quality protein and a wide variety of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements; Eggs can make a significant contribution to a healthy diet. As soon as you start to cut food from your diet you are limiting the choice and variation of the different things you can eat. I recently are very concerned about the tendency to the cut out eat for whatever reason, and I am now on a crusade to promote the healthy diet; Make sure you a balanced and varied diet food, and not on food cut out, unless you have a serious allergy.
Cut food - good or bad?
If you have already cut out many different kinds of food, and suspect that you have an intolerance, don't worry, there is hope. Go and see your doctor and you refer to a dietitian or local allergy specialists, able, advise you on the way, food safe again to introduce. Cutting everything is not a good idea; Apart from that, you tend to an endless list of growing new foods to avoid for really hard work. I know this can work for all, but look into it. Here my story is again as I have successfully introduced eggs to my diet. Due to my success, I am embarking on reintroduction on tomatoes.
Where to start you all?
When I was a kid, I had an allergy to eggs that make used, sick to me. I grew up out of it out to a certain extent, but always a little, I had a problem to eat; It was never a proper allergy, only an intolerant reaction causes stomach and skin irritation and I sometimes used food to you as a treat and suffer the consequences. However, if I did this, I would usually on binge eggs with tuna with legal of mayonnaise or runny fried eggs with my breakfast and the aftermath were never pleasant.
Incompatibilities can make to allergies
Development of a dairy allergy this year have since I very interested to understand more about my allergies: why do I, how what causes, you that, can you be healed, what can I do to make the width of food, which I can eat? I have to put up with, can dairy products but never the intolerance liked the taste, but in the course of growing years worse; I started by cutting cows milk and try sheep and goats-milk products. Would this worked for a while, and I could eat, natural yoghurt but came as I with any dairy in touch my face really swollen and sore. I would wake up the next day and my skin looks like it was burned: red and almost purple color, such as a blue sky, geschwollene, itchy and whiny. This made me ever more vigilant about avoiding the offending food substance, and I was very good it cut out. However, I've created now three anaphylactic attack by wrong exposure to dairy. My uncomfortable but bearable dairy intolerance turned now into a serious anaphylactic allergy, so I avoid all dairy as a whole and I am much more to take care when eating out.
Reintroduction eggs - like to do...
I went to a nutritionist to see earlier in this year and you pressed me to experiment with reintroduction of eggs. You start with really good cooked processed eggs such as in the shop bought meringues. I started with marks and Spencer's mini meringues and had only one on the first day. You are quite small, so you would be available for much egg. The next day my skin and stomach were the number finely, and slowly so I tried two I, increases until I some food and wake was the following day in the secure knowledge that I had no skin problems. I was soon able to tolerate this absolutely fine meringues and you are too delicious!
I then tried other foods, the eggs such as shrimp crackers, egg pasta, biscuits and cakes. A friend gave me the recipe for pie in-a-mug which is simply fantastic, if you have a dairy allergy and can be made in 3 minutes in the microwave. Start with only a little thing, or a small amount and wait to see if you any response. If you suffer a flare up, go back a step and at this level, hold until you are sure you are in order and try again.
When you finally move starting with well cooked hard boiled eggs, and then click the softer cooked, should try on real eggs and finally ongoing egg. Take it slowly and you, begin by only with a mouthful of cooked eggs; I found that by taking this approach slowly for re-establishing my body not more worried eggs is food on me. It's kind of like to bring it to again accept eggs, they are not harmful itself, it is my body, which for some reason are exaggerated and of teaching it slow, which are eggs in order, an intolerance can overcome you.
I am now in the position, am mayonnaise and current egg, food, although I take care not to overdo it, and rather mean well cooked eggs, only to the safe side. It is really very liberating! Who, that such a modest tiny egg would eat in the position to have thought that give me so much would pleasure? Yesterday I had sandwich (with no butter!), a Bacon and egg running while for a lunch with a friend and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was delicious, and now I have no side effects.
Please make sure – experts advise
Before you decide to reintroduce all the food I urge you to speak a good idea first to ensure that you think, it is with your doctor or dietitian. I had skin and blood tests, to ensure that I have no real allergy to eggs, before I started to return to you. Experiment never with consumption of food, which you think that you have a true allergy, as this could be dangerous. Please also be really careful, if you have also a dairy allergy because scrambled eggs and omelettes are often made with butter, milk or cream.
So goes it? Tomatoes...
Next, tomatoes is on my list. I ate you accidentally in kidney beans before a few weeks; the can contained tomatoes and chili sauce and I had not realized, what looked like the normal kidney beans that I buy. You tasted delicious, but I was wines skin welts like nettle rash all over my face and neck at night with sweat, and awake. Not very nice! You are looking for in the morning I had only red wound skin on my face. If I you people I will start with a small amount of very well cooked tomatoes; If you are cooked and often much easier for the body to digest food change. Make sure that you do not have a special party or business meeting the following day, if you back food and be very very careful. If in doubt don't do it, and follow always the advice of your doctor, dietitian or allergy specialist.
