How the sugar habit

Congratulations to realize that you have a problem with sugar.

The first step is to know what sugar to us as and this sugar substitutes for us. This can help us in our habit of kicking sugar. Sugar is a substance that most of us have been consuming almost since the day we are born. Sugar in one form or another is food and drinks you can imagine. Most of the time don't even realize us that we are consuming.

Aspartame (NutraSweet & equal) is in thousands of foods and on each table restaurant, namely because of greed, drug addiction and profit. Restaurants are currently being under pressure by removing aspartame as a sweetener option available to customers. Why? While aspartame can be sweet to the taste, it is a potentially fatal neurotoxic poison, containing methanol and is bad for restaurateurs provide sweeteners that can kill their customers.

Aspartame is known to react with drugs. Essentially, it is a molecule composed of three components: aspartic acid, phenylalanine and a methyl ester. They immediately become methanol. Once ingested, methanol has been known to kill or blind drunken thousands of skid row. It converts into formaldehyde and formic acid (Ant poison sting). Phenylalanine and aspartic acid are toxic if not accompanied by other amino acids present in food proteins. Aspartic acid caused brain damage in experimental animals. The second step is to gradually replace the amount of sugar in your diet. As stated previously, you were consuming sugar almost all of your life. You are not going to quit during the night. It can take weeks or months to rid sugar. You can compare kicked the habit of sugar to quit.

The third step is to increase the amount of protein you eat. The protein is your best friend when you try to shake the sugar. Protein flattens hunger and helps defend against sugar cravings. Instead of steak at every meal, choose sources of proteins of the low fat content, such as Greek yogurt, white of egg, chicken, beans of fish and raw nuts. In addition, add Omega 3 in your diet. These essential fatty acids also help balance sugar in the blood.

Just remember, sometimes the baby steps are better. You can start with something simple that use like sugar sugar or aspartame in your morning coffee. Then add progressively more food sweet to your list or leave consuming all together or as sugar substitution simply. Experience with it, the taste of each is different and we all adapt differently.
