Psychological Trick To Conquer Your Competition And Never Again Be Seen As "Just Another Candidate"
How therefore employers spend on the selection that they want to interview?I would like to introduce you to a concept that I learned of a brilliant entrepreneur by the name of Eben Pagan. And this is the idea that most people can be categorized as givers and Takers. In life, "suppliers" tend to give more than they "Take" and the "takers" tend to take more than what they "give"... now this is obviously a gross generalization, but there is truth to this concept. One of the greatest challenges employers face when they get hundreds of resumes and applications is that it is difficult to decipher the "suppliers" of the "takers". Let me give you some examples of the providers and licensees that you normally see everyday: Givers• give as value as far as possible any where they are going. • they do overtime to do the work or meet a time; • they have "expectations" or feel entitled in any event; • they are aware of the needs of employers and their supervisors and they do everything in their power to find a way to have met those needs; • they motivate the members of the team and are optimistic and they help others create as much value as possible thus; • fundamentally they are producers of value instead of the value to consumers.Takers• take as its value as much as possible wherever they go; • they clock exactly 8 and out exactly 5 clock... they are just "on" to receive a salary; • they feel entitled to pay award money with all the benefits while putting in effort as little as possible; • they don't care about the needs of employers and their supervisors and they take responsibility for the conduct of the project until the end; • in team environments, they act as an emotional drain being cynical or pessimistic. They find more joy in the gossip and political games of Office that they did by looking for what is best for the team; • essentially that they still consume value and looking for # 1 instead of contribute value and make life easier for others.Take the time to examine each line given by category and assess yourself to what category you really belong. You would not like a person who is a "licensee".So what is the lesson here? Be a donor does not a payee when you sell yourself in your next job interview. Employers would like that all employers to think of the well-being of society first rather than their own.
