Use A New Mindset To Increase Health and Fitness!
Despite millions of Americans on the express train towards improved health and fitness, there are still millions of other Americans who get the most obese and less inclined to exercise and eat right. Do you find yourself in this last category? Why is this? The answer is the resistance to change. What is the resistance? Resistance is the way of life that a person lives. If you break up your lifestyle even for a healthier you seem to break your life in a way which is not too comfortable to live with. We can throw millions of dollars in health programs, increase research on nutrition and exercise, and basically force you to "healthy" live, but once you're not involved in these programs that you will return to your comfortable lifestyle. As we know, our lifestyles are composed of our working lives and our personal lives. If you change any aspect of your life you will change your whole lifestyle. Some people see this as a threat unconsciously. Do you use? If so, there is a simple way, you can change the way you live without feeling threatened.The method is called self hypnosis and time can take to use is only 10 minutes a day. Hypnosis is essentially using your mind to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You never look at sports? Have you you ever wondered how they can develop both their training and exercises? They have a particular mindset. Without this state of mind they would never make it to the professional level. For you, you can create your own special mindset that will help you in your motivation to exercise, eat right and still live a comfortable life.The first thing you need to do is taken conscience of what exercise and nutrition will for you in your life. Think about the positive experiences, the energy level, increased awareness of self motivation for your other goals in life. What makes you feel good? What motivates to do you things in your life? Once you have this feeling of how you are motivated to achieve other goals in your life, you can only transfer (called "crop" in the jargon of hypnotherapy) sense in what you want to do to increase your desire to exercise and eat right. Then, find a quiet and comfortable space or a place where no one will distract you. Settle down and get comfortable. Close your eyes and begin to relax your body gently on your breathing. Feel your body to become very relaxed. With this total relaxation of the body, your mind will be more open to the motivation and feelings that you have to eat right and exercise. Imagine yourself living the healthy lifestyle, you think will help you live a great life force. Imagine sounds, feelings, the motions, the visuals and the thoughts that cross your mind when eat right and exercise. Choose a way of life that you would enjoy.To do this simple exercise 10 minutes a day. If you do not have much time, try a minute, the creation of this state of mind special expenses. Over a period of time, you find yourself wishing to exercise or eat right. Even if this is not magic, that this will help you open your awareness and motivation of the importance of living a healthy life. Repetition of the year preceding each day will begin to create new images in your mind on this type of lifestyle you live and what type of lifestyle you really want to live. Since imagination is subjected to behaviour which comes before the action, assuming your new lifestyle of new behaviors every day and shares will start to occur without the strength you had at the beginning of your travel health and fitness.
