How to keep fresh cut Roses

Pink font the perfect gift or decoration for any occasion. Therefore, when you get cut roses, or you decide to use roses in your garden to decorate your home, you should know how to keep fresh for a longer period of time.

Where you plan to use roses in your garden, you must be extra careful. The plant must be well watered, before the roses are cut. If you intend to cut the roses in the morning, then the plant should be watered the previous evening. As a general rule, the best time to cut roses is early morning or evening. If flowers or wet, it is preferable not to cut until they dry.

Select the flowers that are partially open, but avoid cutting buds are fully closed. There is available special clippers that should be used to cut roses. Don't use scissors as it will cause damage to the stem. Ensure that you wear a bowl of warm water with you by cutting roses. Dive the stems of the roses to the right after the cut. Then, take the stem under water and clip a little more to eliminate air bubbles, causing the flowers to wilt.

Once you bring indoors, roses, ensure that you keep the stems immersed in water for about an hour. Store the bowl and roses in a cool, dark place. In the case where you are not with the intention to use the roses transfer them to a refrigerator immediately, and set the temperature to about 38 degrees Celsius.

If you use roses in your garden or the florist, the following tips can help keep fresh cut roses for a long time.

Fill the pot with hot water; approximately three quarters of the vase must be filled and the water should not be colder than the temperature of the room. And then add the flower water conservative. This is available in nurseries, but you can make your own by mixing some lime soda and a part of the water.

Cut the leaves of the roses who were in the water. Also, remove the leaves appear torn, brown or damaged. Hold down the stem of the rose under water and cut a 45 degree angle. Then transfer the rose in the mud.
