Energy conversion heat Ocean (OTEC) was designed by the French engineer Jacques of Arsonval in 1881. However, at the time of this writing, the Hawaii natural energy laboratory is home to the only plant of OTEC of experimental operation on the surface of the Earth. OTEC is a potential alternative energy source to be funded and explored much more that it is currently. The major obstacle to cross with the CETO implementation on a level of broad and practically useful is fresh. It is difficult to obtain the costs at a reasonable processes currently used level for drive OTEC. The thermal energy of the oceans would be very clean and add of pollutants into the air. There are three types of OTEC.
