The learning environment

"There is often a trap in the words ' after school activities". Can be

easily believe that these activities after school, they are not

of great importance. But it could not be more wrong. Research suggests

that children pick up some of their most important of after skills

programs for schools. That is why children who do not participate in any extra

extracurricular activities are generally slow and less dynamic.

Learning environment that one fosters after school activities must

be as disciplined and functional as those found in the school. It is

particularly true of education after school programs. This is the best

instead of teaching the child important skills such as time management and goal

parameter. Time management is an essential skill, but it is not achieved easily.

Children need to feel the discipline necessary to complete a task and

the happiness of finishing the work allocated within a specific time.

Children look for different things in a class after program. Learning

the environment should be attractive, colorful and informative. Use graphics,

photos, posters and designs to liven up a class. Additional resources

(the resources which are not readily available in the school) will be the

interesting classes. For example, when a lesson of biology, allow

the child to see through a microscope or see slides of bacteria. This

Add to his knowledge and it be also more enthusiastic about his program.

Discipline is a must in after school activities. Fun or sport-oriented

activities, it is easy for the children at the stage of line and wreck havoc.

While children should be able to have fun, they should be curtailed

unacceptable behaviour. The best way to enforce the discipline is to

the rules at the outset. Let the children know what is

unacceptable, at the beginning.

The awards are an important part of any learning process. The reward can be a

simple Pat on the back or a token of appreciation. Motivate your children

to aspire to higher things by rewarding their achievements. Holding

competitions or sport activities where children can show their

the master is a reward in itself.

Children are bored easily, especially in the case of education

program. The thrust of a program of study is to repeat what has been

teaches in the classroom and to allow the child to learn it quickly. It is

difficult to attract the interest of the child a second time, especially when the

child is already enough of a single dose of the same lesson. It is preferable to

thwart boredom by using techniques of creation as an impromptu extempore on

any subject, a quiz program, or a slide show.

After school activities are becoming more popular by day. Parents want

their children to learn more. Children also have an insatiable quest

knowledge. In a school after program, it is possible to pay individual

attention and quench the thirst using various effective techniques.
