Why not to dance?

There are some religious taboos when it comes to dance other than religious reasons why on Earth anyone would want to the spirit and energy body resulting from dance to repeat the experience? Honestly, not all dances involve wearing pink tutus and several forms of dance are very masculine in nature to preserve the masculinity can in no way be a sufficient excuse for not to dance.

When it comes to dance there are many interesting and incredible dance styles that span the globe. Weapon ancient dances (which are a perfect display of virility and masculinity but not widely practised today other than in the dance of ceremony) at the grace and beauty of ballet or dance show, it is almost certain to be a form of dance that should appeal to almost everyone on the planet.

The Indians had an excellent attitude and ideals when it comes to dance. They danced for nearly any reason, and let the beat of the drum to serve their master mind. Indians danced to worship, of rain, of joy, of pain and to prepare for war. Their dances were sincere and as well a part of their natures individual as their tribal identity. Dance was an essential element of their culture and their heritage and is passed today but to a lesser extent.

While some religions discourage dance, others embrace dance as a form of worship and commitment to their deities. Some encourage the dance as an expression of praise. Other dance for the joy of the blessing and the generosity of their gods or in the presentation of their gods. Regardless of the fact remains that dance plays a key role in most of the religions of the world. If you are a believer, I see not a few better reasons to dance that express your beliefs in a physical form.

Some people dance simply because they like the music and enjoy watching other people dance. There are all kinds of fun, dance styles that can be practised alone, as a couple, or in a much larger group. Of the United States line of dance and square dance are excellent ways to dance as part of a larger group and many types of competitive dance and a ballet company or other type of dance company competitive or professional. Couples dancing to some extent include square dancing but other forms of dance such as ballroom dancing as well. Singles dance is pretty much reserved dancing competitive and requires often years of practice to perfect. Some people devote their lives to this kind of dance and never manage to make their mark on the competitive dance circuit.

Dancing for fitness, this is another wave which appears to attack the world. There are several ways that this can be done, and it's quite effective among those that would otherwise be not exercise all and those who love simply to dance. It is out of your seat and moving music. Find a good conduct beat, close the curtains and dancing until you can no longer breathtaking. This is a great way to get that much needed exercise while having fun and not even realize that you are (gasp). The mind over matter is a great thing. If it feels like exercise, then there is no reason for your body, mind or spirit of protest, right?

Dance becomes somewhat of a novelty on the United States and the world sport. Reality TV shows like "Dancing with Stars" and films such as with Richard Gere-Shall We Dance have made dance popular and attractive for the average person who would have never considered this form of dance before. With so many wonderful reasons for a person to dance why on earth would you want to dance?
