Foods to avoid when you have hyperglycemia

When there is talk of sugar in the blood, doctors usually think of glycogen, which is the source of fuel that the body uses for all the functions of power. It is derived from glucose, which is produced in the liver which turns the form different sources such as body fat or carbohydrates, which in turn is located in a variety of foods such as bread or pasta.

It goes without saying that the foods you eat have an influence on your blood glucose, as in the case of spectacular "baguette", the famous French white bread which causes an immediate spike in sugar in the blood due to its 98 extraordinarily high on the list of GI (Glycemic Index).

When a type 2 diabetic like me, this is not a question of brush off slightly, but today, I must say that I am a recovery diabetic type 2, which I have been for the past 20 years, until I discovered that changing my eating habits could help me fight this condition and so I did. When I think that I was risk of blood clots, infections, diseases cardiac, blindness, nerve damage and kidney failure I wonder why I decided earlier to love my health better than these things on my plate!

Some of my favorite blood glucose lowering of food include everything that is dark green and edible and garlic these days. I should also mention that the natural advantages in this field of bitter Melon, fenugreek or Banaba leaf extract, because they help to fight hyperglycemia, the other word for the elevated blood glucose levels.

Types of foods to avoid when it suffers from the condition because they raise blood glucose levels are juice, milk, carbohydrates, starches and carbohydrates, but I have this non-equilibrium by saying that most of the Spurs can be avoided by an additional combination of protein and exercisewhich can be a mere 10 minutes on foot, such as removing the dog. The additional advantage of combining these is that one also regulates cholesterol levels.

Other food types that helps lower blood sugar levels more: cinnamon, strawberry, that I use in my recipes, oats and any veggie that contains no starch.

Keep your blood sugar in check by eating portions of three to five vegetables every day.

Thus, apart from the exercise and to pay attention to what combination of foods you eat, remember to drink plenty of water.

Maintenance of foods low on the glycemic index list is always a good idea and it is also known that rye, Quinoa, brown rice, barley and rye bread will help balance blood sugar.
