Soy is generally considered "healthy" foods They have even touted as a "superfoods" and the "ultimate source of protein" without risk to the health of the saturated fat contained in meat. This fact, many people were consuming products of soybean without a thought of second on how it can affect their health. Some believe even choose soybean in meat is beneficial for their health. Unfortunately, it is not true. In truth, these people may be originally themselves more difficult. Soy as a healthy food is simply the result of a marketing strategy "success" by the soy of multi-billion dollar industry.

Let me start with the history of soy. History teaches us that soy is not something, that we should be eating. It is not yet a food. When thyroid function is reduced, weight gain easily, just weight loss by making it more difficult. Overweight or obese can lead to hypertension, heart attacks and other related problems.Most of soybean is now genetically modified. Not only that, rearing process also uses pesticides to improve their production of production since the consumption of soy is very high and a large output is therefore necessary to meet the demand. This means that soy is highly contaminated with pesticides, which can cause cancer, other diseases, in the human body.
