How Self Hypnosis Works to Give You Access to Your Sub-Conscious Mind
Our first years of life, we are able to easily focus on a task at a time without being constantly interrupted with all the distractions of our subconscious mind that usually occurs in adults. Imagine a young child. In the first year of life, they will learn to crawl, walk, infantilization, speak, only name a few. Compare this to an adult who suffered serious head injuries in an accident. It will take him or her many years of relearn what the baby in a few months. When we are young, our mind is not occupied with "other things". It remains the task until it is finished, without distractions. However, that it ages we begin to learn more about things, put my hand on the hot stove really is wrong, and it becomes one of our many beliefs, which can be very difficult to ignore. In adulthood, we have several limitations in our mind, we believe simply things is impossible. It is very difficult, if not impossible for a 350 lb. man to believe that its scales will show never 150 lb. It is impossible? No.. But this man has tried to lose weight conscious as many times as his subconscious mind has marked this way. Through self-hypnosis, it will be able to delete some of this subconscious marking and teach our brain that it is in fact not impossible. It is our mind sub-conscious that shapes our personality and decides what drives us.Hypnosis is a technique which has existed for a long time. I am sure you all remember pictures of the swinging pocket watch who finally put someone to sleep. Hypnosis is not like that at all, but rather a technique for we get rid of everything that might we retain and prevent us from optimal wellness experience. You might want to lose weight, stop smoking, may be that you are shy and have fear of public speaking. All of these things can be changed with self-hypnosis, through focusing on a specific thought that will help you to change your habits.I'm sure you've heard someone say "I bet that he could not hypnotize me". I believe that everyone can be hypnotized, but how it will be for you in effect depends only how much you agree the process of hypnosis. If you have a mind open to it, the chances are that you will succeed. There are several steps basic to the process of hypnosis. How these steps are completed, which differs from a technique to the next. First step is achieving complete relaxation. This does not mean sleep, but somewhere between sleep and to be fully awake. Step number two is to focus on an idea, suggestion or a specific phrase, that you have decided your mind. In this step focus you all your concentration on this idea and it's usually with an increase of all of your five senses. This is called "hyperawareness" and is a natural process part when you can concentrate concentration while relaxing completely. It is not uncommon to discover what is called REM, abbreviation of rapid eye movement during this stage, but this does not mean that you are asleep. In self-hypnosis you revive yourself at any time, which is not the case for normal sleep. The key to big self-hypnosis to change habits you don't like or you have struggles is to allow your dominant will force you to submit. The subconscious mind will begin this process off, but your mind will have to provide the real will. Without the will, the great changes in your way of thinking could not take place and hypnosis would not be possible without the persistence and commitment continue until you succeed.
