3 Real World Self Defense Skills Revealed

If you are concerned about your safety and your family to read. There are mountains of miss-information out there when it comes to self-defense. Most comes from the studios of traditional martial arts (aka factory belt) that teach the esoteric rites and fighting techniques. These techniques work only in the fighting tournament where there are rules and padded floors.

Real Estate Self-defense skills in the world are the techniques and principles that protect you in the streets, or protect you when you are attacked, assaulted or skipped. Real Estate Self-defense skills in the world are not enough and you'll see in any Hollywood movie. On the other hand these skills actually work (unlike the stuff you see in the movies).

Well enough about to spend most of the world's real self defense.

The principle first and most important thing to understand is that there are no rules in a street fight. You might say, "That's nice but I'm not a street fighter." Well, if you are attacked you just got thrown into a street fight. Like it or not, you now have to play by the rules of the road. This means that something is happening. We are talking here your survival. Biting and scratching are certainly just moves in a street fight.

The second principle is more of a fact. The street fight last an average of 3 to 8 seconds. This means that you must act quickly. There is no such thing as a boxing match three minutes into the street. It just does not happen that way. So if you want to win, you have to jump boxing and go straight to the fight-ending move.

Examples of the types of movements or combinations of which I speak: Flick eye, kick to the groin, elbow whim strike, strike the elbow, knee to the groin You get the idea ... The objective is to initiate an attack on one who is attacked. You can then continue your barrage of strikes until you feel you will be able to flee to safety with little danger. This will usually take between 3-8 seconds. Make 3 to 8 seconds of your not his second.

Real autonomy of the world number three defense skills is to recognize an attack before it happens. We know almost always an attack is coming before it happens. Our brain can recognize an attacker very quickly. We are wired for it. If you are on the street alone, somewhere the best strategy is to be vigilant and to always know who is around you. Do not allow someone to become dangerously close to you, if you suspect they have bad intentions (30ft. is dangerously close). You can avoid the argument altogether by telling someone to stop and not to come closer. You can then ask them what they want. If they stop, they are likely no threat. If they continue to walk towards you, start running and get ready for a fight. If you are in a congested area, where you can not create such a buffer zone (ie bars, discos, etc.) you want to watch some aggressive behavior to identify the attackers before they strike.

There are some things attackers will do to psych themselves up or leaks small voltage that indicates they want to fight. Some of the most obvious is a push or stinging in the chest or shoulder. This is an aggressive and threatening movement that tells you the most serious assault is coming. Other things to watch for include a guy who: is in your face screaming that suddenly becomes completely for any reason, cease to look in your eyes and begin to look at your nose or chin, look on one side or the steps back for a punch.

These are all unconscious movements on his part that tell you he is about to hit. If you see these you can instantly take over by striking first. A quick trick is to step aside to your right if you think it is about to rupture. Amateur fighters almost always start with a haymaker right. Move to your right (his left), it will be difficult for him to get a good punch.

As you can see the real world of self-defense skills are very different from what you see in movies or may be learned in a martial arts dojo. These are the self-defense and combat skills used by bouncers bar, the army, and high level of safety. These guys do not have time for travel fantasy, especially when lives are online. You do not have time for travel fantasy either, because every time you are attacked your life is on the line too. Reality based self defense goes straight to the point of preventing or ending a confrontation quickly, and you remove the hazard.
