Most of the diets that you wind up on the Russian mountains of weight, i.e. people go on a diet, lose weight and regain all the or even more, just for it around with another plan. Some plans are poor, while others are good programs, as long as you remain on the program to maintain your weight loss.
Many people do not understand that the amount of activity that you perform is connected to your weight. I see people everywhere who are overweight. In my view, these people in their faces with all sorts of rapid restoration of stuffing of fast food restaurants. In my view, these people eat pizza, drink of bicarbonate of soda and other high calorie foods. I do not see their outdoor exercise. I do not try to exercise. Some of these people would rather ignore their weight and continue as if nothing is wrong. Sometimes we hear and see the news that people have to pay two seats where to buy a ticket for an aeroplane. Even with this, people still ignore their body weight.
We have all said that excessive calories can cause weight gain. But how many people believe it effectively? It is only when you see yourself in the mirror that the excess weight, or when you are in the hospital because something was wrong because your weight, or maybe both? They see in the mirror, and then have a heart attack. Perhaps seeing themselves in the mirror causes the heart attack and hospitalization!
I noticed that some of these people want to just drinks and sugary foods. Some people have been eating these foods sweetened poor quality for years now is that they want. They have hunger and thirst and crave more. Sugar and sweets are all they thirst. Once more, see many obese persons or at the gym? I don't know some, but where are the majority? We are as a people need to change our lifestyles. Few of us out a daily work. We need to get off the couch, get our heads out of the refrigerator and exercise. When you work your elbow, make sure that it is with healthy foods on your fork or in your spoon. We all need to follow a regiment of the good food and stop seeking fast because we are too lazy to prepare our own.
