Why Every Musician Has to Learn How to Read Music

Let me ask you a question. What you read music my friend?Now before starting to answer my question please let me add that as I know that many drum players don't read music!, they say that they do for various reasons, many players of drum prefer do not learn to read. They think that it will take too long or that it will be really too difficult for them. Hey, remember that it is not bad if you do not read music! But you need to work on it! You have yourself teach or work with your teacher to obtain important skills!I want to tell you a short story that happened in my life. I remember when computers appear only in our lives and hardly anyone could print quickly! But I understood that it can be very useful print quickly and I got to practice in the printing of every day! And after 7 or 8 years I could print approximately two hundred words per minute! (I have a job and promotion)! Hmm... Although I just wanna say that it is very important to obtain new skills. And if you are a musician the ability to read music makes you much more intelligent!The reasons that you must learn to read music: 1. it strengthens confidence in your ability and allows to "understand" what you playing.2. You can teach you something of a book or a magazine... any time anywhere.3. You can supplement your income by teaching others.4. There are great concerts to be was there, but some of them require that you read at least a little bit.5. You can communicate intelligently with other musicians with musical language.6 standard. When learning new songs, you can write graphic drum for yourself quickly and effectively. This saves precious time.7. You can schedule sequencers in step mode.8. It is easier to learn the musical concepts and other instruments with a fundamental knowledge of basic theory.9. Studio work, show the work and the more difficult styles like jazz and fusion, require the reading.10. You will find that many higher calibre players read music.
