How the Causes of obesity Type 2 diabetes?

Obesity and type 2 diabetes are "Twin diseases", it is very common to see people having these 2 diseases at the same time. Although not all obese people are having diabetes and diabetes not all obese patients, but more weight that you are more your chances of getting type 2 diabetes. Statistical research shows that nearly 90% of all type diabetes patients are obese.

To date, scientists can not always explain the exact cause of type 2 diabetes. This could be a combination of multiple factors, causing the fall of the effectiveness of insulin in glucose transport into cells. This condition is known as insulin resistance. Unknown factors, obesity could be a major cause of the formation of insulin resistance.

An adult in good health begins to take weight when it is around the age of 30. That its line of size grows more important, it is the same for the size of the cells of his body. There are only a certain amounts of insulin and receptor channel of glucose on cell membrane of a particular cell of the body, the cell will not insulin receptor more than the size of the increase in the cell.

When the size of a cell of the body develops because of the excess fat storage, the concentration of insulin per unit volume receptors decrease accordingly and that means there is not enough insulin receptors available for open pathways of glucose which allow the entry of glucose molecules into the cell.

When the glucose molecules are unable to penetrate into the cell for storage or metabolic purposes, they will be reabsorbed into the blood and this will make blood glucose levels to remain high. This high level of glucose in the blood will keep stimulating the pancreas to produce more insulin hoping to help lower the level of sugar in the blood.

The problem is not due to lack of insulin, it's just that insulin may not be properly used by the cells of the body. This is why the type 2 diabetes is also called insulin independent diabetes. The level of sugar in the blood will display any significant decrease even if you inject more insulin in your body.

If ignore you the problem at an early stage and do nothing to reverse a day the pancreas will become tired and weak due to constant stimulation of high blood sugar. When your pancreas fails, you will get "Type 3 diabetes", which is the two insulin dependent and independent. At this time, it may be too late for you to do anything to reverse except depending on the injection of insulin daily to keep you alive.
