Two toxic food ingredients that damage brain

The foods you eat affect your brain? You bet! The brain is the most sensitive organ in the body, and he responds immediately to any insults. Unfortunately, insults, to which I refer are not only verbal. Insults can range from not getting enough sleep at night, drinking a carbonated beverage filled with High Fructose Corn syrup, eat strawberries grown conventionally to fight with our spouse/boss/children/friends/etc

Save your brain, people and stop insulting by doing things that are verifiable. The most major being the food you eat every day.

Toxic foods are some of the greatest insults to our brain, and there are two that are more than likely lurking in your kitchen now. If so, go throw! They are:

HIGH FRUCTOSE SYRUP (HFCS) MAIZE:

This chemical little is now produced by billions of books, of which 66 books per year were consumed per person. This form of sugar is much milder that sugar, but side effects are that it increases appetite, promotes obesity and much more addictive than cocaine. It is the main form of sweetener in all treaties and junk food. It is in everything especially, check if the ingredients! This product chemical little can lead to diabetes and ignited a brain. If you are not convinced yet a more interesting fact is that the sugar and the causes of HFC crust in your brain just like a creme brule' or crispy chicken skin. It does, because the sugar in these foods react with proteins in the body which form plaques known as Advanced Gylcation end products. BUIs of the plate until your brain, damaging most of the cells and tissues.

TRANS OR HYDROGENATED FATS:

These trans fats which are artificial and are in most processed foods, baked, fried foods, margarine products, etc. The way they are created and are unstable molecular, they cause anything from body inflammation increased to interrupt basic brain functions.

If what you expect? For questions about product with hydrogenated TRANS fats or high FRUCTOSE corn syrup? Basically, they are wrong! Unfortunately, most information is these days on each outgoing and its effects on the body and none had a glowing review.

What then is the solution? Eat fruits and more organic vegetables from the outset. Try two pounds of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Not only your brain thanks but you probably will shed a few pounds!
